How do I sign up for a workshop?
That’s easy. Simply click on the PAY NOW button under the workshops description. It only  takes a few minutes. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required when you register using a PayPal account (optional).

Do I need a PayPal account to register?
No, if you would rather write a check, please make it payable to Melanie Crownover and mail to Art Design Imagination 380 S. SR 434, Suite 1004-286, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714. Payment must be received by February 1st in order to reserve your space.


I'm unable to attend the workshop I booked. May I reschedule or get a refund?
Due to the special nature of our workshops and the very limited enrollment, classes are 
non-refundable and there are no make-ups for missed sessions. Please check your schedule 
carefully before you book a workshop. If you find you are unable to attend one of our workshops, you may of course send someone in your place. Please let us know that person’s name before the workshop so we may welcome them to the class. In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, you’ll receive at least 48 hours notice. We will offer a credit, transfer your booking to another workshop or issue you a full refund – your choice.


How many students are in a class?
We keep workshops small (the average size is 12-15 people) so you’ll get plenty of help with your project plus have a chance to chat with others.


What supplies do I need to bring?
For the majority of our classes, we provide all materials – all you have to do is show up. 
The workshop description will tell you which materials, if any, you’ll need to purchase 
and bring to class to complete your project. If materials are needed, we’ll email you a list 
when you book so you can take it with you when you shop.


Where do the workshops take place?
The Valentine Workshops will take place at Urban Rethink in Thorton Park, Downtown Orlando. The address is 625 E. Central Blvd., Orlando 32801. Please see our Get In Touch Page for directions.


May I stay with my child during the workshop?
Urban Rethink has placed a maximum limit of 20 people in the room, therefore space is limited to workshop participants and instructors only. 


Can you organize a craft party, birthday party or other group gathering?
Absolutely! We are happy to organize an event for your group. We are mobile and can come to you! Please contact us directly to discuss further.
